Akash S. Sandhu

Vice President

Akash lives in N. Seattle with his wife, Amy. Akash has considered Henry a mentor since they met at the University of Washington in 2003. After a brief career in sales, Akash took the advice from Henry to get started in real estate. It only makes sense that their paths would now cross. Akash brings a very hungry and passionate work ethic about real estate and an unmatched energy. His clients can attest to this. Akash is Top Producer at his firm, Skyline Properties, having finished 2023 in the top 10 for sales volume. Land development is another passion of Akash’s.
